These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Petverse- Pet Care Manager ("we", "our", or "the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the service
You may use the app to manage your pet's information, appointments, and documents. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Account and subscription
You may need an account to use the app. Subscription terms (including trial, renewal, and cancellation) are described in the app and in the relevant app store. Payment is processed through the app store. You can restore purchases from within the app (Settings → Subscription).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add (photos, documents, data). By using the app, you grant us the rights necessary to store, display, and sync your content to provide the service.
4. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We do not provide veterinary or legal advice; use the app for general organization only.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
