We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (email), your pet’s name, breed, birth date, photos, vaccination and medical records, appointment details, and documents you upload.

With your consent, we may also collect anonymized or aggregated usage data and preferences (e.g. theme choice, feature usage, app settings) to understand how the app is used, to improve the product, and to tailor updates and new features to user preferences. This helps us prioritize development and fix issues. Such data is not used to identify you personally and is handled in line with this policy.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the app, including storing your pet profiles, sending reminders (if you enable notifications), and keeping your data in sync across devices. We use usage and preference data (where collected) for statistics, analytics, and to update the application based on how people use it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encryption and secure connections to protect your information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

4. Sharing of information

We may share data with service providers that help us operate the app (e.g. hosting), under strict confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Your choices

You can turn off notifications in the app or in your device settings. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting us at the email below. You may also request access to or correction of your data.

6. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
